Couldn't agree more with "daily habits over quick fixes ". IMHO, 7 pillars essential for health and longevity are: Fuel. Move. Sleep. Belong. Believe. Connect. Give.

This all sounds right to me! Another area where I’d like to see growth is in the development of outdoor spaces. “Equinox retreats” for example, a place to truly disconnect with the world and reconnect with yourself.
