After 6 years of testing products, reading the science, and launching some of the most ambitious wellness initiatives at Equinox, I realized something simple: there’s no one answer. No final destination. Just the ongoing pursuit of what works - for your body, your life, your goals.

That’s why it’s called In Search Of.

I believe in science, but not perfection. In daily habits over hacks. In curiosity over dogma. And in keeping the champagne.

Here you’ll find personal dispatches, product reviews I actually believe in, interviews with the people shaping what’s next - and space to ask better questions about how we live, age, and feel.
